This intensive is for students who want to deepen their learning and expand their experience of yoga through immersion in 3 days of nourishing and challenging, precise and playful practice. The 3-day format is ideal if you’ve never done an intensive and want to try. It’s also great if you are a regular intensive participant and want a tune-up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a certain level of experience necessary?
It is recommended that participants in the intensive have a minimum of six months regularly attending class, with some personal practice. A certain level of adeptness with asana or other practice is not a requirement. Sometimes people believe that if they can't do certain asanas a certain way, that this would preclude them from participation. The intensive is for people who want to increase their capacity for doing yoga. We meet you where you're at.
Is it possible to do parts of the intensive?
Priority is given to those signing up for the whole program. It is possible to do sections of the intensive if spaces are available. Contact us for more information.
